Guide for DP-INT Project Managers

Managing projects on DP-EU is almost, but not quite entirely, like as on DP-INT. We are still using an older version of the software so uploading of projects is as it was at DP-INT before. We don't have project queues; rather, the projects have to be released manually.

But the most important change is: projects must be in UTF-8! Projects prepared for DP-INT could not be submitted without being converted to UTF-8. If you use Unix-oid platform, you can use iconv or recode; on Windows, you have to find something else. Pure ASCII texts are fine and don't need to be converted.
