Serbian language uses both Cyrillic alphabet or Latin alphabet.

In either language, some letters may be accentated. In Latin alphabet, just enter the accentated letter. In Cyrillic alphabet, we still have agreed of a way of entering them, just mark them with a post-proofer comment.

Serbian language still uses upper and lower quotes and dash is separated from words by spaces.

Some older books have unusual punctuation, such as two dots.. four dots.... or even question mark and two dots?.. and so on. We are preserving this - punctuation of this kind should be the same in proofed text as is in the original.

Serbian typography uses different shapes for cursive Cyrillic т, п and г, sometimes even for other letters. As OCR software is usually trained on Russian language, these are oftenly wrongly recognised. There is no need to enter these letters in some special way, just enter the usual т, п or г.
